Is it possible to interact with CDISC Library API using Natural Language in plain English. Answer is Yes, we can. This
paper presents a web application that allows users to query SDTM variable information using natural language by utilizing
AI-driven natural language processing (NLP). Users can ask questions like "Tell me about AESER" or "What is
VSTEST?" through the app. and to obtain accurate data, the AI extracts the name of the relevant variable. In addition, the
application enables the generation of an entire SDTM specification from the SDTMIG version that is supplied, such as
SDTMIG v3.4. After that, it automatically creates a sheet of specification data in Excel that can be downloaded from the
CDISC API. This solution demonstrates the effectiveness of combining AI with API data retrieval to simplify clinical data
specification and access, providing researchers and developers with a streamlined, automated procedure. |
